What's on your heart and mind today?

in response to Wayne17...   Check to see if there is a local Denist College. Usually they will do dentistry based on income or for donations. It takes a little time to get in and if you find one make the appointment they wont reschedule. The only downfall of using them is it is students practicing to be dentists. Believe me its safe and is observed by a liscenced dentist. We have one here that is asociated with Johns Hopkins Medical. It's worth a try. If you live away from a big city you might have to travel but look and see. My sister lives in Florida and she traveled to a place in South Carolina And got full Dentures for 300 bucks.

What's on your heart and mind today?

I got good news from the school today. They are going to give him a physical on monday the 9th ,so he will be able to play football. He will also pick up his equipment on the same day. He will be so excited to hear this when he gets up. I also got him into ROTC which he has been talking about. This is great because this boy has had nothing but let downs all his life. Thank God for this one> I hope he gets many more blessings in the future.

What's on your heart and mind today?

Hello I'm back and today I filed gaurdianship papers for the 14 year old. I hope it processes fast so I can proceed taking care of this young mans affairs so he can proceed with his life. He is so looking forward to football but he still needs a physical. His day for equipment pick up is Monday. His doctor called and canceled at the last minute because the boy supposibly wouldn't let the doctor touch him at his last visit. He has now sent a letter to the insurance company saying he was no longer going to be his doctor. Now without anyone to be his gaurdian there is noone to sign legally any papers for him to go to a doctor. Hopefully the school will be able to do something for him in the interum of me aquiring gaurdianship.Depressing, all I want is the best for him and life keeps giving us road blocks and disappointments. I hope that the Lord will see our plight and relieve us of our struggle. The sad part is his mother won't be here for his accomplishments or help him through his struggles.

What's on your heart and mind today?

 in response to LYNETTE6...

Hello, I myself lost my wife of 10 yrs on the 26th of last month. I am struggling with alot of issues and the light at the end of the tunnel ain,t even in sight for me and her son. We have nothing but each other and I'm struggling to keep that. I have no quick or easy answers for you except one day at a time. Though the future is unknown and seems bleek hold on and pray. The good Lord doesn't give us more than we can handle they say.

I am going tomarro to file for gaurdianship of my wife's 14yr old.If the Lord is willing I will get it in the near future and hold this family together. I already miss her so much and I never thought I would be in this crazy  situation. I know this ain't much but it's all I have is words of encouragement. May God bless your family and always remember to take care of yourself.
